Design and validate the electronic systems that define device performance, including power management, charging, heating control, sensing, protection, and user-facing behavior.

• Professional experience in circuit design and PCB layout for battery-powered consumer products
• Strong understanding of lithium battery protection, USB-C charging, power conversion, and embedded hardware
• Experience guiding electronic designs through validation and into mass production

Engineer the physical architecture of the device, balancing housing design, airflow, thermal behavior, tolerances, assembly, durability, and scalable tooling.

• Advanced 3D CAD and design-for-manufacturing experience with injection molding and metal processes
• Practical knowledge of materials, tolerances, assembly methods, and surface-finishing processes
• Experience collaborating directly with tooling, supplier, and production teams

Create distinctive, intuitive hardware experiences from early concept and form exploration through CMF development and production-ready design.

• A strong portfolio of thoughtfully designed consumer hardware, ideally including products that reached production
• Refined understanding of form, ergonomics, interaction, materials, color, and finish
• Ability to preserve design intent while working constructively within engineering and manufacturing requirements

Develop reliable embedded software that brings each device to life through heating control, safety logic, displays, sensing, haptics, usage tracking, and configurable behavior.

• Strong embedded C experience on low-power microcontrollers
• Experience integrating displays, sensors, battery management, controls, and communication interfaces
• A disciplined approach to reliability, validation, and safety-critical behavior
